If you’ve been to the practice recently, you’ll have seen that we are just about back to normal, with our protocols reverting to those in place pre-Covid. You no longer need to wear a mask when you arrive, however we still encourage social distancing and our reception team are still screening patients for Covid symptoms.
Many people ask us what has changed since things have relaxed and are surprised to hear that many of the things we do now, we’ve always been doing. Dental surgeries are exceptionally clean environments and we follow strict protocols to keep it that way.
If you are due to attend an appointment but have symptoms, have recently tested positive or have been advised to isolate then please get in touch to reschedule your visit.
A significant number of our patients are calling to let us know they have Covid but thankfully, it seems that symptoms in most cases symptoms are manageable and more serious problems appear to be rare.
