A membership plan through Denplan Essentials is available to all patients and we will be happy to advise on what might best suit your needs.
Denplan Essentials
Joining Denplan Essentials through our membership plan gives you access to your dedicated dental professionals all year round. Regular reviews mean that your oral health is closely monitored to prevent problems and address any minor niggles before they progress into more complicated issues. The standard membership plan cost is £18.25 per month.
As part of your Denplan Essentials plan you can add worldwide dental injury and emergency cover for just 60p per month. Whether you’re abroad or more than 40 miles from Coppice View you’ll have the support you need. For further information about Denplan Supplemental Insurance please ask a member of our team for a brochure. If added, the total price for the plan would be £18.85 per month.
What are the benefits?
- The Denplan Essentials monthly payment plan encourages you to keep up with your regular checks and you don’t have to worry about the costs as your examination visits are included.
- Seeing your dentist regularly is important to help avoid having to undergo more complex treatments. The Denplan Essentials plan is easy to set up and no pre-assessment is required.
- We will advise on the recommended number of visits you’ll require per year and the monthly fee for this. Our most popular plan gives you six-monthly examinations and all routine preventative care* for just £18.25 per month. Discounts apply for more than one person on a given plan.

*‘Routine preventive dental care’ includes:
- Check-ups (two visits per year)
- Scaling, polishing and other hygiene treatment at your examination (twice per year)
- Dental x-rays
- Preventive dental advice
- 10% discount on any treatment required
- Denplan Essentials can also include worldwide dental injury, dental emergency cover and access to Denplan’s 24-Hour Worldwide at an additional cost of 60p per month.
- A dental emergency helpline
Please note that Denplan Essentials does not cover:
- Restorative dental treatments including fillings, crowns, bridges or dentures. Essentials gives you a 10% discount on all treatments.
- Any treatment excluded in your contract which is payable by you to Coppice View Dental Care
- Referral to a specialist and specialist treatment
- Orthodontics, implants and cosmetic treatment
Denplan Plans for Children
For all children aged 6-17, this scheme helps to protect your children’s teeth, with preventive and educational care encouraging a healthy smile for life. Includes all treatment needed to maintain dental health.
Prices for the plan are dependent on each child’s age:
Under 6: We are delighted to offer free oral health assessments for any child under 6 who’s parent or guardian is a member of a Denplan scheme at the practice. Currently under 6’s don’t have a Denplan membership scheme at Coppice View.
6 – 12 years: £11.99
13-18 years: £18.25
