We’re delighted to introduce a new service that allows you to see on-screen how your smile will look once you’ve had composite bonding treatment. Smilefast is a digital system that shows how changes could look before anything is done to the teeth. After a digital mock-up, a “trial smile” can be fabricated for you to see any proposed changes before deciding whether to go ahead.
Initial digital designs only cost £50 and trial smiles £300; bonding across the upper teeth is between £1,600 (4 teeth) to £3,000 (8 teeth).
Composite bonding is an increasingly popular way to make minor (or sometimes major) changes to the appearance of your teeth. It involves adding a thin layer of tooth-coloured resin to the teeth to alter their shape and/or colour. Bonding isn’t suitable for everyone and whilst it involves relatively minimal disruption to the teeth, there is always an ongoing commitment to maintenance; bonding should typically last in the region of 5-7 years.
